Today, my daughter ordered food at Auntie Anne’s inside this Walmart location. The first issue? All the employees were gathered in the back, chatting, completely unaware that a customer was waiting. Terrible customer service. They do not accept their app coupons.
I arrived at 7:40 pm, just 20 minutes before closing, hoping to enjoy a couple of pretzels before they closed for the night. However, despite there being ample time, the staff refused to make any pretzels and only offered whatever was left, which was only 2 cups cinnamon pretzels. The lack of flexibility and unwillingness to make any items left a sour taste in my mouth. It was disheartening to see such disregard for customer satisfaction.
