Why stay open when you don't have Cinnabons?? Tried to go there 3 times now and they never have any! Not going to try anymore!
Always busy, looks like this is what the people want. The Girls and guys working are always hustling to keep up with demand.
One person on staff today. They did not have what was on the menu and the only employee in the restaurant was on her phone while she was talking to us! Very disappointing experience to say the least!
Would give this location a zero Went in at 11 am. They opened at 10 no pretzels were made and I wait 25 mins for some. Girls was on her phone the whole time. Where was the prep work before opening ? Would not recommend this location, very poor service and food was over cooked too
Horrible. You have two younger kids in there messing around not knowing what they're doing. One of them (male) couldn't even work the cash register and didnt inform us that it was cash only (no sign saying cash only either). Tables are all dirty, filth all over the floor, and trash overflowing!! The girl worker is also in the back playing around making her own (off menu) drink instead of helping the boy who seems "special".
