We ordered two sets of pretzel bites .....One cinnamon and one regular ...Both cold and tough!! The guy that worked there was not friendly! Wont be back!
WARNING: DO NOT GO TO THIS FRANCHISE UNLESS YOU’D LIKE TO GET YELLED AT. Absolutely terrible customer service. The employee working there spoke to me extremely loudly and with an unnecessarily rude and irritated attitude from the moment I tried to order. Pretzel nuggets, always great!
The food was fine, but they were NOT prepared for the crowd on Valentine's Day. The tiny store was full of people waiting on their orders as they cooked. Several items were going to be 10-20 minutes. The staff was friendly enough, just clearly stressed because they weren't prepared.
Great service by Mary, she knows the menu well and counts the change back too!!! Always great pretzels. Thank you.
