The service in the atmospheroes fine, they were out of the pepperoni nuggets, but were kind enough to make some more for me, but almost every time I go there.Unlike every other auntie, anne's, they don't give you the full pepperoni per nugget sometimes it gives you half, and sometimes they give you a tiny, tiny strip per nugget the bread was good though
Fan of Auntie Anne's but these were the worst pretzels we've ever had!
I was surprised and honestly disappointed to be asked for a tip at Auntie Anne’s. The pretzel was already nearly $9, and it was handed to me ready in a cup — there was no table service or special effort involved. Also, the machine screen was so bad that i couldn’t read if the cashier typed the correct amount, nor the expected tip. I believe workers deserve fair pay, but tips should not be used to cover basic wages, especially in a fast-food setting. One bread of burger was hard as rock, impossible to bite and chew. Liked the atmosphere and service tho. Fast and nice.
