Lovely people that work. This location can be quite busy at times, but the food is always great. And the associates are wonderful.
Very lazy employees.. it’s seems that they only bake 3 pretzels the whole day and when you ask them if they are going to make more, they’re like that’s all we have .. and it was 5;30 in the evening weekday .. and they’re just there doing nothing.. they need new personnel ASAP .. this is the 3rd time that happens to me . I so done with this place
Really cool management strategy to just not have the small sizes of things ready to go so that you up sell for a larger size. Or you wait 15 minutes, and the workers were doing absolutely nothing before or after I was there
