My wife was really craving Cinnabon bites, and while we were driving, we found this Auntie Anne’s location listed online. We went out of our way to get there—it’s located inside the mall, so we had to search a bit. We arrived at 8:20 p.m., well before the listed closing time of 9:00 p.m., but to our disappointment, the staff refused to serve us. I got the regular pretzel and it was the WORST pretzel I’ve ever had!!!! Half the pretzel was an inch in diameter like they normally are, but the other half was THIN and BURNT. It was crunchy and I couldn’t even finish it!!!!!! Horrible experience food wise. The cashier was nice .
