First time trying here and wasn't really impressed, the cinnamon sugar pretzels tasted kinda hard and old like they been out for awhile, almost slipped because they forgot to clean up a big mess that was right in front of the cash register.
The cashier was acting like she was in a rush… only 2 people in line and still putting pressure on clients… do you have a date waiting on u?… are you about to be on break?…. What’s with the attitude???. If then client it’s still placing in order … u have to wait… you will be paid thanks to sales….
I had aunt annes the other day. The employee Nae took my order and she was great. So sweet, hard worker, and got my order done quick. Great customer service from her! I have had her multiple times and she was great every time!
OMG NAE WAS AMAZING SHE WAS QUICK WITH ITTTTTTTT
1,000/10 in a scale!! The Original recipes are still on point and Fresh!!! The Location in town @ Penn Square Mall IS THE BEST ONE IMO. The employees Ms.Theoni and Mr.Lorenzo Are AMAZING and are great overall!!! They are so kind, also we had a real genuine conversation too of the Business and how much I’m obsessed with the mini Brown Sugar Bites yummmm, they both deserve a raise! They just work so hard, very consistent and full of Happy Smile!!!:))) nothing it respect to them both!:)))
