They refused to give me the pretzel i wanted to order. Terrible employees. So sad, the pretzels are good. Employees need to be trained to keep customer happy

Hidden charges/credit card fraud by Auntie Anne's inside the mall in Nashua, NH. For anyone who purchase pretzels from these guys, please use cash and if you use credit card please pay attention to your credit card statement. These guys at Auntie Anne's are committing credit card fraud by placing hidden charges on your card. They will either overcharges or double charges your credit card.
pretzel was decent , service was poor. I get it’s a pretzel shop in the mall with teens working but there’s no need to give people their order with a side of attitude. Everyone works … a lot of times their jobs are a lot harder than pressing buttons and asking cash or card , but u don’t see them giving people attitude… just petty google reviews 😂
Very disappointed with the service I was given today. Went to order the mini pretzels dogs was told there was none available and it would be a 20 minute wait. I said ok and left. Went and had lunch with my family came back and was told the dogs were in the oven and would be another 5 to 10 minutes I said ok walked around the mall came back and asked if I could just pay for the mini pretzel dogs now and wait.
