Thought I'd try this place vs Wetzels at the mall and vastly disappointed. For $17.94, I got room temperature cup of mini pretzels, cold cheese dip and a large lemonade, not including the tip which brought this to $20. When I got my order on counter, bag was slightly tipped over and as I reached to grab it, some of the pretzels fell out of the bag n onto the kitchen side floor. Best pretzel I've ever eaten. I understand why they have been in business for so long. Good service. Nice staff. I don't understand all the hate comments lol you can literally smell how delicious they are throughout the mall.
