The workers here absolutely hate their jobs. Getting them to say hello or smile is impossible. I walked up with my three year old today and had to ask the lady if she was alright because she looked like she’d rather do anything else in the world instead of sell us a pretzel. Yikes. I grew up with auntie Anne’s but this location is awful.
Went here to mainly get drinks and ended up getting the pizza pretzels. They had been sitting under the warmer for a while....When I asked the cashier about the pizza pretzels she pointed to the ones on the warmer, didn't even speak or make herself presentable. She seemed like she didn't want to be there. After trying them I wished I hadn't. The cheese was dry and the peperoni was the only thing with an Oz of flavor. Won't be back to Auntie Ann's ... if you want something good go to Sweet Lovers Express. They are 100% better... read more
