Gonna make this short as I can. I ordered two original pretzels, was not told they had none, were handed pretzel bites. When we asked what the mixup was, we were told "we're waiting on the dough to rise". You would think that would have been something to know before being charged $20 plus a tip (that I strongly regret) and you would also think at 2:00pm they wouldn't be waiting on dough. The employees shut everything down by 3:30pm. No frozen drinks and they would make enough pretzel nuggets to serve a few people before telling the rest of the line they needed to wait 20 minutes for the next batch. All 3 employees were standing around, no urgency, no product in the case. The line kept growing past the neighboring jeweler, items would have sold nothing, would have gone to waste. Very Lazy staff ,always having people wait long wait times for nothing yall never have pepperoni pretzels either just pure disappointment worst spot yall need new staff and need to have stuff ready nothing is ever ready slacking bad
If I could give a zero I really would. Waiting over 20 minutes for mini pretzels. After the pretzels came out, and they was cutting them up and buttering them and salting. The employees was coughing all over the pretzels, and not covering up his mouth or wearing a mask. So disappointed in this location. Saturday, the employees called in so the pretzels wasn't ready that day.
