I went twice and had a terrible experience both times. The first time, the store was closed even though it had only been open for an hour according to your posted hours. The second time, I arrived two hours before closing and there were only two pretzel nuggets left. When I asked if more could be made, I was told there wasn’t enough dough. Waited in line for 20 minutes, got to the front only to find out they only had the cinnamon sticks. I asked if they were planning on making any more of the pretzel dog bites that are advertised all over their location and was told no. None of the staff seemed interested in giving an ETA on any kind of pretzel either. Pretty disappointed.

This place never has pretzels available. I've tried to order here twice in the past year and both times was told 20 min wait because they were out of pretzels. Place is a joke.
Gonna make this short as I can. I ordered two original pretzels, was not told they had none, were handed pretzel bites. When we asked what the mixup was, we were told "we're waiting on the dough to rise". You would think that would have been something to know before being charged $20 plus a tip (that I strongly regret) and you would also think at 2:00pm they wouldn't be waiting on dough.
