Pretzels were super salty…just like their employees. Tried to order something on the menu, only to be barked at that what was in the case was what I could get. Thought service was bad until I had my overpriced gross pretzels. Not it.
3 times now! I have tried to order their new promotional item and all 3 times they have said that they don't have any. Done going to this location.
I wouldn’t know what the food tastes like as they only had cinnamon bites available at 4pm. Staff didn’t seem to care and just causally said, “we’re waiting for the dough to rise.” No time frame, no apology, just pure apathy. First and last time I’ll bother with this Auntie Anne’s.
PLEASE SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN ! They Never Have ANYTHING Available.. Even After Opening ! The Employees Are LAZY & If I’m Not Mistaken The Cinnamon Bites Are Old From The DAY BEFORE ! Theres Never Any Frozen Drinks ! Employees Have Attitudes & No Knowledge of Making Pretzels ..
I went twice and had a terrible experience both times. The first time, the store was closed even though it had only been open for an hour according to your posted hours. The second time, I arrived two hours before closing and there were only two pretzel nuggets left. When I asked if more could be made, I was told there wasn’t enough dough.
