This place rarely has pretzels available. I’m not sure if it’s poor management or lack of responsible employees, but they lose a lot of revenue from lack of supply.
They are always out of either pretzels or cheese or both every time I come. Once, whatever, it happens. Twice, you can do better. But this is like my fifth time trying to get food here. Why are you even open at this point?
The employees are very nice but the place is a hot mess, they were out of mutiple dippings, napkins, and straws and they did not let us know until after we ordered. Our pretzel bites also tasted as if they had been sitting out for quite some time and we ended up throwing them out
THEIR FOOD IS RAW!! i ordered cinnamon bites and the first one i tasted was raw and chewy. When i went to get a refund they said that they couldnt refund my money. 0/10 WORST experiences! I wouldnt eat here even if i was starving
Pretzels were super salty…just like their employees. Tried to order something on the menu, only to be barked at that what was in the case was what I could get. Thought service was bad until I had my overpriced gross pretzels. Not it.
