Tough pretzels
Staff were rude and unhelpful.
Landed here with a few friends after a grueling 7-hour flight from Iceland, and we were running on fumes and starving. Unfortunately, stepping up to this counter was the biggest mistake of our trip. Things started off okay, the woman at the register seemed pleasant enough until we placed our order for three buckets. I was here on business with my son, and tried to get a bucket of cinnamon pretzels. The lady was so rude! She was complaining about long it would to make a bucket, and said she was about to get off her shift until my, quote, "Fat [bum] wanted a big ol' thing of pretzels." Absolutely unacceptable, inexcusable service from any store I've been to. I should be treated with the utmost respect at any restaurant, and this young lady should have been scolded, or better fired.
