Pretzels were soft and sweet
My favorite is the almond pretzel.
They never have regular pretzels, just nuggets to make you pay more.
The worst customer service worst policy they gave my order incorrect and I don't want to fix it. don't come and throw your money there.... it's not worth the policies are super bad. I wanted to speak to the store manager just never available
This office headquarters needs retraining on how to handle phone calls. Virria/Lirria/Birria (couldn’t get official name because she was rushing) was very condescending and wasn’t helpful in retrieving my w2. She was also extremely dismissive and didn’t seem like she knew anything on the subject of retrieving my W2. Somehow she made a 30 second phone call into one full of attitude and negativity.
