Went here for a snack and told them I had a dairy allergy and couldn't have the butter and they refused to work with me saying they didn't want to make new ones right now.
Annoyed service. POS tap to pay doesn't work. No option to not tip. Why on earth an i tipping 15 percent for someone to take pretzels out of a cabinet? Unreal.
I walked up to place an order around 6:50 pm on October 6th 2025. While waiting to place my order the employee who was working was sweeping the floors. I waited patiently for 2-3 minutes for him to take my order. When he took my order he seemed annoyed that I was inconveniently stopping him from doing cleaning duties. Every time I come to this mall and use the dirty bathroom I always see an Auntie Anne employee leave that dirty bathroom without washing their hands, after which I will walk by and see the same guy rolling the pretzel dough with his bare hands. You couldn't pay me to eat the food here.
There was mold in all three of our drinks the and yelling at us and not giving a re fund
