I was told today that they don't make pretzels anymore. If I wanted a pretzel it would be a 10 minute wait for them to make it. But if I did want something, I could pay $2 more for a cup of bites. How does a pretzel place not make pretzels?
Not to good today. Were out of regular pretzels told me it would take 7 minutes. After waiting 10 they hadn't even put any in the oven. While waiting a mother and daughter asked for small cinnamon sugar nuggets they were told no cinnamon sugar and that they didn't sell small size of nuggets. Should take that off the menu board if not going to sell them. Left without purchasing anything for myself. Have not seen regular original pretzels here in months every time I ask told they will be ready in about 10 minutes. So if you go... read more
I’d leave no stars if I could could the manager is using some screwy deal tactics and needs to be replaced, I’ve been told one thing and sold another more times than I care to admit, also idk how their cooling the pretzels to be more stale but you’re wasting your money at this location if you go
