Went to try and get a pretzel and was informed they don't have pretzels.
I placed an order on Tuesday as a coupon was expiring on Tuesday. The app let me place the order for Wednesday, let me use the coupon. 7 minutes before my order pickup time, I got an email saying they canceled my order. I was already at the store when I received email. I wasted time and gas!!! Customer service was no help!!!
I was told today that they don't make pretzels anymore. If I wanted a pretzel it would be a 10 minute wait for them to make it. But if I did want something, I could pay $2 more for a cup of bites. How does a pretzel place not make pretzels?
Not to good today. Were out of regular pretzels told me it would take 7 minutes. After waiting 10 they hadn't even put any in the oven. While waiting a mother and daughter asked for small cinnamon sugar nuggets they were told no cinnamon sugar and that they didn't sell small size of nuggets. Should take that off the menu board if not going to sell them. Left without purchasing anything for myself. Have not seen regular original pretzels here in months every time I ask told they will be ready in about 10 minutes. So if you go... read more
