I stopped by this Auntie Anne yesterday inside Westfield Topanga mall to get a pretzel. They only had the plain pretzel which I was fine with and it was delicious. I also got their strawberry lemonade freeze drink which I thought was too sweet and pricey. The customer service here was great, the guy who was working the counter was friendly.
The smell will always get me. I smell it and next thing I know, I’m in line. It’s hands down my favorite snack, especially the strawberry lemonade 😍
It was fresh and auntie Anne’s makes the best salted pretzels I’ve ever had

would give 0 stars for the rude employee (manager?) there alone. i work at the easter picture place right next to them. went to ask for a napkin to blow my nose. a single napkin. the old man there proceeded to berate me for “having his supply be taken by ‘the people over there’ (ie the people working at the easter place). i explained i just needed to blow my nose and he very condescendingly told me “theres a bathroom next door”. totally unprompted and rude for no reason. cherry on top? me and my coworkers constantly bought f... read more
