I asked a worker if they had any dairy-free or vegan options (because my child is allergic to dairy), and she replied, “Of course! If there’s no batter.” That response was confusing and came across as unnecessarily dismissive, especially since original pretzels don’t contain milk. Terrible attitude! Never ever again would I buy something from this chain!!!
I stopped by this Auntie Anne yesterday inside Westfield Topanga mall to get a pretzel. They only had the plain pretzel which I was fine with and it was delicious. I also got their strawberry lemonade freeze drink which I thought was too sweet and pricey. The customer service here was great, the guy who was working the counter was friendly.
The smell will always get me. I smell it and next thing I know, I’m in line. It’s hands down my favorite snack, especially the strawberry lemonade 😍
It was fresh and auntie Anne’s makes the best salted pretzels I’ve ever had
