I came to the mall just to get some pretzels and to my dismay all they had were drinks. How ridiculous to clean up an hour and a half early. Pretzels are my life. No wonder this place has such bad reviews. How hard could it be to make pretzels. I would like some compensation for wasting my gas 45 minute drive for nothing. These pretzels are so delicious and combined with their lemonade it is divine. I hope we can make this right. Please give me an email to contact :(
Ordered pretzel bites for my daughters and my youngest ended up dumping half a cup on the floor they quickly and sweetly replaced it. The manager even told my five-year-old not to worry about it and comforted her… So sweet. The sweet girl helping me also Gave me some good advice on some beverages and was smiling and sweet food was delicious. Thank you !!!
Kevin the manager (per his name-tag) was awful and incredibly rude.
They closed down by 7:20pm , like I mean everything closed down and thrown out . I asked what time do you close and they just said we’re closed . I will say I notice in this mall they will close at random times well before closing .
Came here on Sunday, March 9 2025 which was one of the worst experiences I ever had at this location. Never really received the pretzels that I paid for using the mobile app😔😔😢😢😪😪😭😭😭 . I lost my money after paying for a pretzel when using the mobile app😔😔😢😢😪😪😭😭😭. As soon as I arrived at this location to get the pretzels I paid for, one of the employees told me that they never had my order receipt and never made my order which really pissed me off😡😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬.
