Came here for my break for a Cinnamon Pretzel , I seen it was only one girl working and even though she was by herself I only had to wait 10 minutes , she was also really sweet and greeted me as soon as she seen me , even though she seemed stressed and running around trying to make sure everything was in place she made sure I had the correct order 9/10 experience
My wife and I love Auntie Anne's and especially love the on in the food court in Park City but we're probably done coming to this one. I walked up when no one else was around and waited at the register for someone to come up and take my order. The girl completely ignored us for a couple minutes and then eventually instructed us to just use the kiosk if I was paying with card, which by that point already had a line of 3 other couples. I usually order the cinnamon nuggets without butter, but they’ve often been made with butter instead. On June 20th, I came back hoping to speak with the manager to place a complaint unfortunately I was told she was at another location the two young ladies who helped me were incredibly kind, listened to my request, and made everything exactly the way I asked. Their excellent customer service really made my experience. Thank you both!
Cinnamon pretzels cup were awfully covered with sugar there was so much I had to scrape off on the pretzel. Waited 30 minutes for the mini dogs to be come out the oven even when people who ordered after got theirs, and it was burnt.
The food was wonderful. The kid with beautiful curls was so nice and helpful he was kind and patient to my grandma with dementia he was so sweet that she even remembers his name, thank you Gustavo, you healed my grandma.
