Waited more then 8 minutes no food or drink everyone else around me got they order . The employees were not communicating well at all no one knew pepperoni nuggets were out and there would be a wait instead they expected me to stand there like nothing and when I wanted a resolution they were very poor attitude about it and I requested a refund they gave me a issue then only refunded my pepperoni nuggets I had to tell them again I want my drink refunded to because they never gave it to me
This is horrible. I'm never gonna go buy anything up there again. I'll buy two pretzels and they're burn. And the kids they working there, they're not how to take care of the customers.
Horrible service show up to get pretzel dogs before going to work the current batch coming out of the oven all sold out. Was told 10-15 minutes for a new batch but excuse myself since need to clock in. Manage to clock in and then head back out 25 minutes later, go up to counter and still no mini pretzel dogs. Girl at service counter gives a cold "sorry" just because I didn't pay for them.
