Zinnia was sweet and provided great customer service. However, the mini pretzel dogs were burnt and mushy. They said these were fresh, so maybe let them cool before putting them in the cup and then the warmer.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Would leave 0 stars if I could. Worst customer service ever. I ordered and paid (or though I did) for pretzels after the manager said it would be about 6 minutes. I waited 20 MINUTES while he served customer after customer after customer. I saw him pull the pretzels out of the oven but he didn't hand me anything. Finally when the line died down he said "your payment didn't go though." Are you kidding me? I asked Are the nuggets ready? He said "no, they burnt." WOW. I said Nevermind and walked away.... read more
The ladies at the front desk were so kind, they even gave me a free pretzel bag!! They made sure my pretzels were fresh too!
