I walk in there to get pretzels. It took about two minutes for somebody to come up from the back and she tells me we don’t have any pretzels right now. It’s gonna be about 30 minutes now. Isn’t this a pretzel store? Why is there not fresh pretzels made and now I see the reviews now I understand I will never return here. This is really really bad. Who owns this place I would love to know because this is not good for business and I will definitely tell my coworkers and friends about this and we were looking forward to visiting... read more
They’re always understaffed, never have pretzels and are Soo sooo slow. Get some new management that knows supply chain and won’t cheap out on staff
