Pretzel Dogs were really bad. Service was ok.
I just wanted to shout out the worker, Tyler! I have been complaining how a lot of younger people’s customer service, work ethic, and even the ability to make eye contact has been terrible! He gave me hope again in people! You need to counts your 10 count mini dogs. I saw them pick 1 out of each cup more than 1 times on multiple occasions. This time my cup have only 8 counts and i have my 2 years old on me so i cant really confront them. Shame
I don’t like giving a one star review because it seems extreme but they earned this one. I ordered a pretzel with cheese. What I got was a cold greasy ball of dough and cold hard cheese tossed at me by an employee that either hated me or her life or both. I will absolutely not be back.
