This was at the LAKESIDE MALL METAIRIE LA location in New Orleans. I placed my order and also bought a large blueberry raspberry. Pretzel Dogs were really bad. Service was ok.
I just wanted to shout out the worker, Tyler! I have been complaining how a lot of younger people’s customer service, work ethic, and even the ability to make eye contact has been terrible! He gave me hope again in people! Our little girl can’t have dairy, so when we got to the front of the line, I told him that I read online that she can have the ones they make as long as they don’t have dairy, and I was excited to get her one because she has never been able to eat a pretzel before. You need to counts your 10 count mini dogs. I saw them pick 1 out of each cup more than 1 times on multiple occasions. This time my cup have only 8 counts and i have my 2 years old on me so i cant really confront them. Shame
I don’t like giving a one star review because it seems extreme but they earned this one. I ordered a pretzel with cheese. What I got was a cold greasy ball of dough and cold hard cheese tossed at me by an employee that either hated me or her life or both. I will absolutely not be back.
