Last time I got pretzel bites from there they were burnt to a crisp and hard, and then this time hoping I could get some and they were fresh, me and the lady in front of me stood there just as long and they took the lady in front of me after it took her forever to decide if she was going to get some or not then they wouldn't serve me and they still had 2 minutes before they actually closed. Weekends are very busy, slower during weekdays. I ordered through the app for pickup. Saves time. Love the pretzels.
Always a nice experience
You always know what you are getting here. There are no surprises. Pretzels get rushed through the cooking process when they are busy. The workers do this to try to keep up with demand. I understand doing this, but it also leads to a subpar product that the customer is receiving.
