It was a beautiful pond and and some of the best service I've had but I got the pizza pretzel things and the where super hard in texture from sitting in the warming rack.

I’ve waited over 20 mins for a small original pretzel nugget and a cheese and salsa. The staff today were so rude they ignored people and I witnessed two door dashers leave because they wouldn’t acknowledge them. One even tried asking the lady a question and had the window shut in his face. Litteraly worst service I understand your short staffed but that is not our fault at least be respectful update it has now been over 30+!!!!!.
while the prezels are nice, the staff is really REALLY slow and very inefficient. a lousy service ... they keep repeating asking the questions answered a couple of times. the staff is unfriendly and bored, no wonder this takes so long.
