Customer service here was good when I was here, but my pretzel was only slightly warm and didn’t taste great.

Can someone please hire more associates then the one older lady with the glasses. She is very rude and claims she cannot mutitask . Customers literally walk pass when they see she is there. I definitely see why.
Older lady with glasses working there was so rude. The young lady infront of me in line asked for a lemonade and she told her “UNT UH ITS GONNA BE THIRTY MINUTES” even though we can literally see the lemonade pitcher FULL of lemonade. I asked for a regular pretzel and she told me “UNT UH ITS GONNA BE THIRTY MINUTES” even though I can see the plain pretzels sitting in the case. the older lady with the glasses is rude. she told us “ sorry , no more food”. they not supposed to close until 8. i don’t understand why she closes early.
