Pretzels are warm and buttery
Ordered original pretzel and said to wait 15' . They didn't want to bake them so we came back from nordstrom and saw they just toss it in the oven!! The manager rude didn't know how so he waited for another girl to made the pretzel;( we just gave them the order and left. The bad review is enough for me.
I looove their almond pretzels! I ordered online and I got them freshly baked 🥰 The service was nice.
Wow does a manager make a difference for the establishment. One of the poorest customer service in an affluent area. Please fire the manager working on 1/16/25 @ 5:00 PM. Used the retail therapy app and they said it had to be printed. No where does it say that on there but the way it was conveyed was super rude
No free pretzels on national pretzel day where they advertise free pretzels. waste of time visiting. bought some anyway. i spent $10 on a regular cup and it tasted like it was sitting there all day. next time ill try wretzel pretzel.
