The woman seemed to bit annoyed because I asked her for her very light ice in my lemonade, so she dumped some out, but she did not add more lemonade to make up for the space that the ice took up , I thought that was rude.
Staff are very friendly and helpful
Pretzels are warm and buttery
Ordered original pretzel and said to wait 15' . They didn't want to bake them so we came back from nordstrom and saw they just toss it in the oven!! The manager rude didn't know how so he waited for another girl to made the pretzel;( we just gave them the order and left. The bad review is enough for me.
