Pretzel Factory claimed they had no order under my name for Super Bowl Sunday & I placed the order Tuesday beforehand. Auntie Annes(lower level) was able to have my order ready in 1.5 hours , customer service was great!
The guy upstairs at the counter is always so polite! Great customer service skills Food is usually pretty good too.
Went last night. Stood at the counter like an invisible man while 2 teenagers stood 20 feet away. 1 holding a wet sweep broom and the other cleaning the handle of a refrigerator. They clearly saw me and I asked if they were open. They both looked at me and said yes, never moving towards me to take my order.
