they serve freshly made pretzel. nice and clean location. friendly people.
I had an amazing experience at Auntie Anne's! I tried the almond pretzel and paired it with a peach lemonade. Both were absolutely delicious. The pretzel was perfectly soft with just the right amount of sweetness, and the lemonade was so refreshing. On top of that, the service was fantastic. Friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Definitely a spot I’ll be returning to!
Pretzel Factory claimed they had no order under my name for Super Bowl Sunday & I placed the order Tuesday beforehand. Auntie Annes(lower level) was able to have my order ready in 1.5 hours , customer service was great!
The guy upstairs at the counter is always so polite! Great customer service skills Food is usually pretty good too.
