I occasionally stop by this location to grab a pretzel as a snack while at the mall. I rarely go to the mall; however, I did today and decided to stop by Auntie Anne's to grab a plain salted pretzel. The cashier told me the total was $5.99. I responded, “Excuse me, $5.99?!” As I was shocked. It usually cost around $3. Auntie Anne's pretzels are always good but service varies. Sometimes there are long lines with poor service and other days like this day, the workers are attentive, no lines and they have fresh pretzels.

Don’t go here. Since I see people in and out the oven, what kinds of pretzels will you have coming is not a question that requires a microscope. And since you’ll be working here the rest of your adult life ring people up then have them wait to the side. Not you have a line of 8 people and you keep asking Everyone”what did you want”?

Wouldn't recommend coming here around opening hours. They have nothing until about 3 hours later. Waited about an hour for pretzel dogs that they said would be done in 10 minutes before I gave up waiting and went elsewhere.
