Not friendly. I ask them for almond pretzel 3 times. They give me the cinnamon . I told him i ask for almond . They give me the attitude you don’t know what you order that what she said to me . She right i don’t know. That why i ask him. Does it almond ? . They give me wrong order and get angry with me . Terrible customer servise.

I haven’t been to Willow Grove Mall Food Court in over a year. I decided to stop by Aunt Anne’s to grab a pretzel on 2/12/2026 mid afternoon. The cashier quoted $6.29 for a regular salted pretzel. That is approximately $2 more than the online cost. She said the new owner increased the prices. The pretzel was room temperature, overcooked, and dry. Shame on the owners 😠

I occasionally stop by this location to grab a pretzel as a snack while at the mall. I rarely go to the mall; however, I did today and decided to stop by Auntie Anne's to grab a plain salted pretzel. The cashier told me the total was $5.99. I responded, “Excuse me, $5.99?!” As I was shocked. It usually cost around $3. She then said, “Yeah, the prices increased since the new owner took over.” This will be my last time stopping by, as this exorbitant price hike is both unrealistic and unsustainable for a pretzel.
