Auntie Anne’s was a nice quick stop while we were out. The pretzel came out warm, soft, and fresh, which is really what makes the difference. The staff was friendly, and the line moved pretty fast. It is one of those places that is hard to pass up when you smell it nearby. Simple, quick, and exactly what I was craving for a snack.

My son loves this location as we can get him a pretzel while we shop. That said they will no longer honor the gift cards that they sell. I have money on a gift card we got for my son for Christmas, That multiple employees have refused to let us use. Was four stars, now one. I am only giving two stars due to past experiences weighting the average.

I brought my kids here earlier in the week and had to ask around for that one rude lady's name. It is obvious Deborah Trevino is an inconsiderate, coldhearted, unhelpful lady. Our food was cold and lackluster and there was only one friendly employee. The woman in charge was disgusting to her obviously new employees too from what everyone kept saying and what I witnessed earlier this week. I was told because they were closing I had to order what they already had made. Food that had been sitting there for God knows how long. How rude!
