Honestly, I’ve never left a review before but my experience with an employee named Chris at Auntie Anne’s was so bad I had to. Chris had the worst attitude I’ve ever dealt with in customer service. I asked a simple question about the menu and he acted super annoyed, like I was wasting his time. He rolled his eyes at me, and was rude when I ordered. I was so disappointed. Got half way through my pretzel bites to find a hair was cooked into it. Not sure how it nobody saw it before putting them into the cup as the cup was practically empty. Wrote to complain and couldn't do a refund, yet I emailed within an hour of leaving. I found it on my way home! Was told money was sent but I never saw it, my mail is in a locked mail box.
