This is a relatively new Auntie Anne's and it shows from the storefront; it moved upstairs near Macy's home from the first floor of the mall. Very pricey in my opinion especially as they are rolling out the pretzels to be skinnier than ever. The pretzels are stringy, and smaller than the ones at baseball games which is saying a lot. I have friends who are suckers for Auntie Anne's and have their app for their bogo deals so sometimes I get a free one. The quality really varies. Tried ordering food and they responded with 20 mins and they will be done. I came back exactly 20 minutes later and they didn’t have the food I had ordered. Never coming back to this place.
