Came in at 8:10 PM January 30. Was excited to see this place somewhere other than a mall however I will never be buying these pretzels at this location again. Serving cold cheese is disgusting. If this is how it is at all the other properties, I will no longer be buying these pretzels. Cheaper to buy a box from the HEB it’s in
PLEASE BRING BACK THE JALAPENO PRETZELS!!!! I used to come once a week and ALWAYS had a good experience, friendly service and AMAZING fresh pretzels! I would literally buy 8 jalapeno pretzels at a time and 2 buckets for my kids plus like 20 cheese cups half regular half spicy! I haven’t been back since yall took it away, but today I found myself craving it so bad and just might stop by and buy some with the spicy cheese! Definitely deserve more stars!
