Horrible customer service. It was obvious the two female employees didn’t want to be there. Paying customers should not be treated in such a way.
Went to HEB 1604 bandera at 2 pm today and usually there’s several different kinds of the product today my grandson wanted the ones with the Weiners or the pizza type and I wanted a honey almond but they only had the salty ones in cups and two cinnamon pretzels there were two young ladies and said it would take about 10 minutes to make the ones we wanted but had to leave so got the ones on a cup but had to throw them away as we had never had those were salty and flavorless and were not what we really wanted. Always nice people. Tasty food.
Came in at 8:10 PM January 30. Was excited to see this place somewhere other than a mall however I will never be buying these pretzels at this location again. Serving cold cheese is disgusting. If this is how it is at all the other properties, I will no longer be buying these pretzels. Cheaper to buy a box from the HEB it’s in
