These are awful really small thin tough not like they usually are
RecommendedVisited Ingram Location today. Ordered Almond pretzel w honey mustard and pretzel dogs w hot salsa dip. Lisa, if you see this, the baker and the cashier need a raise 🙂. Baker, pretzels were perfect and the cashier gave exceptional customer service. def recommend!

Brought my 8 year old son to the mall to see Santa. Has always been a tradition to grab some pretzel dogs afterwards. Everything was going well until the cashier Skip decided to ask my son (he has a birthmark on his face) if he got hit by a snowball. I told him NO. He said well something hit him, look at his face! That is when another Auntie Anne's staff member began laughing out loudly at my son. I asked how old food in the case was. He said old. I can give it to you for a dollar. I’m like whaaaa? Throw it away! Ew.
We purchased two items, pretzel dogs which were nice and warm, but the pretzel nuggets cinnamon and sugar were hard, chewy and cold. I asked for them to be replaced and they refused. It was disappointing considering I got to the expensive for freshly made Auntie Anne’s. They would not even honor that!
