I go here for lunch everyday while at work service and food is awesome.

I ordered a cinnamon sugar pretzel for my 2 year old son. It was rock hard to the point where he couldn't eat it. I took it back up to the counter woman to get it replaced. She proceeded to CALL her manager to ask permission, and then told me " Yeah, umm I'm not allowed". Absolutely ridiculous. Horrible service. Horrible food. Will not be returning to this location.
I had to work at the parking lot for a couple hours yesterday and was really craving a pretzel it was closing time, so I understand if the manager just wanted to get out of there. The guy at the counter replaced by regular pretzel for the hot dog that change my mind at no extra charge. The manager he's not too friendly I had asked if they just got any of the pretzels since it was closing time and I was told no she just lets her employees have them which makes sense at least they don't go to waste. I have sent you a private message and would like to apologize for your experience.
Their employees are lazy, there is never anything more than maybe one or two pretzels and a stale pretzel dog prepared, no one is ever at the counter when we come to the register, usually we're helped by a young guy in a Subway shirt who is the most personable and most helpful, everyone else seems bothered by customers. We come in for two reasons and two reasons only, their icees and pretzel dogs but 9 out of 10 times the pretzel dogs are hard and stale.
