They cost me about 25$ on doordash for nothing. Open until midnight, ordered some pretzel nuggets at 10, order was confirmed, then 2 minutes later they were "unable to fulfill my order". Which would be fine if there was a real explanation as to why. No option to even pick something else instead. Like, it's a pretzel place, you telling me they are out of pretzels?
