Below standard quality of food. Their cinnamon sugar pretzel nuggets in a cup had very very little cinnamon at all. It appears they just sprinkled a little bit of cinnamon and called it a day. They need to check on their product quality before serving to customers. We will not come back to this location.
When ordering from this location, be sure you have time to wait. We spent almost 20 minutes waiting for pepperoni bites. While waiting, one of the workers displayed exceptional customer service and gave us a complimentary drink.
Employees serving leftovers to the baggers and cashiers: bad choice. Lost over $25 in groceries because the cashier and bagger were too distracted and they put back my ALREADY PAID FOR GROCERIES. Complaints were filed and nothing was done.
Original was burned and cinnamon sugar is tough! Definitely missing QT's pretzels!
