I've known the owner of this business for 10+ years. I messaged her to ask if she could make a pineapple upside down cake and she came through! She made a double layered pineapple upside down cake with cheesecake in the middle! It was absolutely amazing, like no other cake I've ever had! 1st of all, this woman can cook! I'm not just talking about she can throw some food on a plate, no! From this gals presentation to flavor to customer service... this woman is the bomb in all categories!!!! Beautifully presented plate, betcha didn't think it was in a to go box. The shrimp Alfredo was cooked perfectly and made my picky husband happy. The portion size was enough to feed my husband and give both my kids a snack to tie them over until dinner. Also the bacon jam burger is amazing I had it delivered to my job and it was still hot the fries were not soggy.
