I love her she listened to my concerns and she addressed everyone of them Sad to see her go
I never met Dr. Hill-Jones because within my two attempts to be seen, I was not sufficiently processed into the system. When I expressed the hardship of this to her intake specialist, their final response was along the lines of, I'm sorry if you felt dismissed that was not our intention please let us know if anything changes with your insurance.
If I could put zero then I would. I waited three months to see this doctor. I called the day before my appointment in order to verify my time, and they had no record of me in their system. This is extremely unprofessional and they did nothing to help me out after the fact. They stated their next appointment was not until January. Considering this appointment was set up for my heart, I find this to be unacceptable and wrong on their part.
Dr. Hill-Jones was extremely attentive, empathetic, and compassionate. She has a great supporting staff. I received referrals to specialists within 48 hours. I love the care I receive from Dr. Hill.
New doctor for me so far so good 👍. Well I think 🤔 it's time to get a new doctor 😷, I don't think 🤔 she's listening to me she's way to eager to prescribed medication. The staff is very nasty and unprofessional.
