VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PERSONABLE. I AM AN ICU NURSE WITH 45 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE AND DR. LOFTLEY IS THE ONLY ENDOCRINOLOGIST I WILL SEE. SHE KNOWS HER STUFF AND LISTENS TO WHAT I HAVE TO SAY. NO JUDGEMENT WHEN I SLIPUP AND HAVE MY HgbA1c a little higher than it should be.
Called on 3/6/2024 to ask if Dr Loftley was taking new patients. Was told that she was...then after being put on hold for 20 minutes, I was told her first available appt was in January 2025. Oh, 10 months from now! That's convenient. Here's an idea: maybe just say you're that NOT accepting new patients. Disappointing experience.
