AMS manages the townhouse I live in and they are WONDERFUL! I havent had a bad experience with them so far! :)
I also rented and apartment from them -about a year ago and they were very reasonable and responded to issues immediately - Get people to rent from.
I rented an apartment from AMS for about two years. They were the best landlords I have had. Always quick to respond for maintanence problems etc.., and their properties are reasonably priced.
