Provider moved out of state, trying to set appt with new provider and multiple times they scheduled incorrectly and then when I finally did get an appointment, new provider wasn't there and someone was covering. They did not do what was needed to ensure meds continued. Then finally got another appointment 2 weeks after meds would run out, they refused to refill meds for the 2 weeks or to do a sooner appointment.
