front desk lady who answers phones should be fired. RUDEST most INCOMPETENT woman I've ever talked to. she should not be allowed to work in the medical field. this was not an isolated incident either. im making this post after finally being fed up with her.
I have been a patient of Dr Hadden at Aumsville Medical Clinic for years. I love him and his medical assistant. In all the years I have been going there I have seen almost every provider in that office and their assistants. They are all amazing and I have never once had an issue. This clinic literally goes out of their way to get myself or my family seen in a timely fashion when needed and always listens to my concerns. I would highly recommend Aumsville to anyone you asks.
My daughter was scheduled to have a flu shot at 3:30pm and the entire lobby was seen before us and they all came in after
This is an awesome doctors office! All of the staff is wonderful. I have never had any trouble with them. When I call with a question someone always gets back to me. Most of the time on the same day! I like that I can have almost everything taken care of here. I would recommend them to anyone!
I'm so tired of always trying to get help here and being pushed aside due to my age. I have gone here since I was 12 years old and am now 22. I feel as though I'm rarely taken seriously and they don't think I know what I'm talking about even though I've been diagnosed with anxiety since middle school. It's even worse that the after hour operator at Santiam hospital told me that my medication refill wasn't really important enough to contact the dr about.
