"Pool equipment is only under warranty to the original owner".. So my salt cell that has a 3 year warranty, and is only 1.5 years old went bad, and they wont help me because I just bought the house. Can't imagine what their other services are like.
Chelsea is the most patient person and answers all the questions, no matter how trivial these questions are. Their prices are also very reasonable. They have done an excellent job in past with replacing my pool liner, upgrading my pump and also helping with multiple small repairs.
If you are looking for a top-notch pool company with a personal touch, this is the place to go! They are family owned and operated and local to the Pee Dee. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and can help you find the right equipment, balance your chemicals, or get you a new pool quote right away. I recommend them 100%!
I’ve had a pool for approximately 15 years. Finally found a pool service who has taught me more about my pool than any other company I’ve worked with. Thanks to office staff and maintenance personnel for all of their help. You can’t go wrong with Auman Pool !!!
Mike and his crew are awesome pool now covered for the winter but we have two leaks to fix in the spring when we uncover
