Love attending Shanti’s classes, I always leave feeling more relaxed than when I started. The mindful movement is at a good pace which you can tailor to your own needs and preferences. I like that Shanti incorporates a different theme each week and for each term overall so you get to work on stretching your body and your mind. Highly recommend attending Shanti’s classes. Love the mediation at the end also.
Shanti’s classes are always a great experience. I have been practicing Yoga over 20 years. I’m so grateful to been able to find Shanti after moving to the area. Always come away feeling relaxed and happy.😀😀

Beautiful experience with Aum Unlimited. Yoga Nidra helps me to feel so refreshed and sleep really well. Shanti is a wonderful yogi.
I forget the last time I had a good nights sleep until I attended the Yoga Nidra session which was recently held by Shanti. I honestly slept like a baby all night and truly struggled to wake up as I was completely still floating hours and hours later. I wouldn't hesitate recommending this practice to all those deprived sleepers out there
