Beautiful experience with Aum Unlimited. Yoga Nidra helps me to feel so refreshed and sleep really well. Shanti is a wonderful yogi.
I forget the last time I had a good nights sleep until I attended the Yoga Nidra session which was recently held by Shanti. I honestly slept like a baby all night and truly struggled to wake up as I was completely still floating hours and hours later. I wouldn't hesitate recommending this practice to all those deprived sleepers out there

I had decided to start yoga for self care and could not be happier with how Shanti ran her yoga classes. She is accomodating, knowledgeable and has a warm approach. I’ve learnt a lot from Shanti and try to apply her teaching in my day to day life
