I have practiced Yoga and Meditation on and off for 30 years. I have been doing Shanti’s classes for 10 years I think. Beautiful experience with Aum Unlimited. Yoga Nidra helps me to feel so refreshed and sleep really well. Shanti is a wonderful yogi.
I forget the last time I had a good nights sleep until I attended the Yoga Nidra session which was recently held by Shanti. I honestly slept like a baby all night and truly struggled to wake up as I was completely still floating hours and hours later. I wouldn't hesitate recommending this practice to all those deprived sleepers out there
