Impossible to communicate with and then rude when you finally get in touch weeks later. Avoid at all costs!

Bought Groupon for cleaning services. Voucher redemption said to email and/or text. I sent two emails to schedule appt. I sent two texts to schedule appt. All four were sent over course of one week. NO RESPONSE. I got refunded by Groupon. If they can't adhere to their agreement with Groupon, then I would never trust they would adhere to their agreement with me if I became a permanent customer.

I hate to write this because I wish I didn’t have to. I bought a LivingSocial deal for here and it was not what I expected at all. It wasn’t the cleaners’ fault either. They were great. It was the unprofessionalism of the owner. She first restricted the time you could schedule the appointments just for people who bought the deal. This wasn’t stated anywhere before buying it. We finally get my appointment scheduled and she texts me 5 minutes after my appointment to say the cleaners are going to arrive at 11:30. She doesn’t ap... read more
