My employer sent me here for a annual respirator testing and fitting. I arrived at just after 11am, overhead someone complaining that it is clearly marked on their paperwork that we go to lunch at 12. A lady named Bobbi did the testing, she was very rude and unprofessional! They also had a horror film playing on the tv in the waiting room.
I’m not a person to leave reviews but this needed to be said, I literally watched the nurse get into a fight with the lady over the tv. The lady had a little boy who she didnt want to hear bad words so she changed the channel. The nurse came out yelling and starting a fight and changed it and took the remote.. oh yea it’s also two weeks later and my my damn test results aren’t back forcing me to start my job late. Sad thing is I don’t drink or take anything at all. So thanks for that guys.
I was just there today. The lady that I had was very rude. Not acceptable in my opinion. But I had no choice to go there.
It’s a small building, no sign but Google Maps takes you right there. Fast service and the place was clean. Ladies working were nice. Took about 35 minutes for a drug screen for pre-employment (Urine and breathalyzer test). One other person walked in with me and one walked in after. Waaaay faster than the last place I went to a few years ago but it was also not busy at all when I went here. Staff was extremely rude and loud. We could hear their conversations and laughs behind the glass. One poor guy was stuck waiting there for almost 2 hours! The person I went with took almost 2 hrs and they let him out the back door. Waiting area is too small and I would never get anything done from this place.
