Trash- Gave my kid the wrong wrist brace. Gave out a right handed one for left wrist. When we went to OMNI for a follow up they were flabbergasted. They said it's well known in the community to never go to this Urgent care. In addition they were rude at check in, doctor was confused about basic body parts of the wrist, and the entire process took 90 minutes with no one ahead of us.
Walked into Aultman Now Jackson with a sore throat along with another guy @ 6:55pm and received attitude by nurse and also got to hear the doctor or NP say how busy she was and she has a procedure to do that would take a long time. There was only 1 other person in the office. Received a rejection of service. They wanted to send us up to north rather than take 5 minutes to look at our throats and make a diagnosis. I thought this was a quick relief station and all procedures were done at the emergency on Wales or the hospital.... read more
Went here on a Saturday and met with the NP. She was not only exceptionally thorough but respectful and kind. I was quite impressed.
Went in because my fiancés stomach was bothering her and they told me I wasn’t allowed in the room. It looked very small so I said ok and went back to the lobby and FaceTimed my sister to check in on her and they kicked me out of the lobby and made me go outside. Well they took my fiancé back and we found out she was 6 weeks pregnant with my child and they told her that I wasn’t allowed to go back there to be with her when I’m the father make that make since??? My first kid I think I’d have a right to be back there.
Went there on a Sunday at 4pm, was seen almost immediately, diagnosed (bronchitis) and prescription sent to my pharmacist and out the door by 430pm . . . and prescription ready and in hand by 515pm. They were great. I don't know what happened with others who gave poor reviews . . .
