I took my daughter in on Sunday afternoon and we saw Amy Young, APRN-CNP. She was amazing, so kind with my daughter and really patient while answering all my questions. She diagnosed pink eye quickly and really helped take the stress out of the visit. The paperwork we were given to take home was extremely detailed, which was very appreciated by this mom trying to keep track of everything. they are very rude there, extremely disrespectful. horrible people
Avoid this location if you want health care treatment. My wife went initially for an ear infection and was prescribed antibiotics which she took as directed. Her ear infection came back, however, and returned here to seek care again. Instead of providing care they berated her for not following up with her PCP, basically saying she isn't supposed to be their problem. My wife left with a prescription for flonase, an ear infection, and crying from the "care" the doctor provided. Completely unprofessional and goes against everyt... read more
Lori Finley is fraudulent. She had access to my aultmam chart from the doctor and just copied all the information from my last appointment and didnt actually do any of the procedures she said she did. That's medical malpractice and she should be held accountable. I went back in and complained that she didn't do any of the things that were listed for having been done and they said some office lady would reach out to me about it. Of course, she never did.
