I brought my son in with a high fever and suspected strep throat and the care we received was exceptional. The entire team was compassionate, patient, and thorough. As a worried mom, I felt heard and supported every step of the way. It truly felt like a team of moms taking care of one of their own. We left with clarity, reassurance, and a clear treatment plan. So grateful for this level of care. To Amy and the other nurses who cared for Wesley, thank you.

first of all the lady before me was rude and disrespectful to the nurses for what i assume is because they wouldn’t rush her visit? idk but i was patient. i waited until my turn. i came in for my asthma flaring up from a mucus filled infection. i was very pleased with the kindness and care from the nurses and physician. they gave me a breathing treatment and 3 prescriptions and other tips to help me feel better quickly. i was there about an hour and a half but was treated with urgency when it was my turn. the staff did an ab... read more

If I could give them 0 stars I would. The staff that worked 12/8 from 530-830 shame on you. 3 patient rooms and you forget about a 3 year old who is only waiting on a strep test. Glad there were 3 patients who were in and out while I waited over an hour to hear results from a strep test that was taken around 720. Walked out without paperwork at 835 because we were forgotten and I have been through this with my other kid before. Staff didn't seem to care that we were forgotten either, was told it was our fault for not saying ... read more
