Horrible service, waste of insurance money. You go in sick , you call and tell them I'm still sick they tell you your results has not come back go see you primary doctor. WASTE of Service
Giving this 2 stars because the first nurse and P.E were very kind. Wait time on the website was 11 mins. Showed up at 530 with my son. Waited 45 mins to be checked in and another hour to be called back. It wasn't that busy. Once in the room waited another 30 mins to see the PE. Decided xrays were needed. Xrays taken. Waited another hour. PE came back in after an hour to let us know that the preliminary report was fine, but another doctor had to look at them and sign off. The last time I went to this location for a possible respiratory infection with chest discomfort I wasn’t happy with the care. I asked the doctor if it could be heart related and he responded by saying we’re not going to do a heart cath here today lol. I mean what kind of response is that. I don’t think anyone expects a heart cath at urgent care. He could have done an EKG, bloodwork and ruled that out. Went here last Thursday, got checked fast so I will give them that but the Doctor was a bit handsy and told me I had TMJ and sent me on my way no meds or mothing after I pleaded. The next day I knew something was severly wrong so I went to Aultman Hospital itself and they gave me the right diagnosis. Salivary gland infection and they treated it instantly. Was not very happy with my experience and I won't be going back here ever.
EVERYONE WAS AMAZING, ONLY ONE GRIPE IS TO Kathy, THE NURSE WHO BROUGHT US INTO THE ROOM AND TOOK VITALS ON 3/5/24 at 8am. . I STARTED TO SAY 1 WORD FOR MY HUBBY WHO COULD BARELY SPEAK, AND SHE PUT HER HAND UP IN MY FACE AND SAID " I DONT WANT ANYONE TO TALK EXCEPT THE PATIENT" SHE WAS VERY ABRUPT AND RUDE.
