Got a strep test done here came back negative still gave me antibiotics because my entire house has it my fiance said for her test they got all the way in the back of her throat for mine just the back of my tongue not the roof of my mouth not back in my throat just the back of my tongue and it was the same nurse please do things the right/same way everytime
I was berated for coming in at all. My problems were blamed on medication prescribed by the VA although my stepson had similar symptoms. I was given poor information. I was told I was going to die walking to my car but was not instructed to go to the emergency room. I wasn’t going to write a review but after careful consideration I decided it’s in better interest of the community to let people know this place is ineffective despite not wanting to hurt people’s feelings.
Very unhappy with misdiagnosis! Took my mom for an X-ray and urine culture after a fall on her back. Desk receptionist and intake tech were fabulous!! The Dr told us the x-ray did not show anything other than some auto osteopenia that have been diagnosed a few years back and some older fractures from two years ago. But nothing new. He said he wanted to wait for the radiologist to read the x-ray just to make sure that was correct.
