I would not choose Jessica L. Klaus, PA-C, again. After a serious injury I explained that I was in severe pain, barely sleeping, and getting no relief from the measures I had already tried. Her response felt dismissive, and I did not feel she meaningfully listened to my concerns. I expected more professional medical standards and basic empathy, I can't recommend her to anyone.
