I’ve been trying to get an appointment with Aultman urology for over 2 months. Got a call today saying that they haven’t received all of my medical records which I know isn’t true. She also informed me that their doctors may not see me because my urology history is so complicated. Apparently their doctors don’t have enough training to handle removing tumors from a bladder. This place is a joke.
I was referred by my PCP for a kidney stone. I called to make an appointment. They ended up being able to get me in that week. I was scheduled with Dr Turk. He is wonderful. He has an amazing bed side manner and it is clear that he really loves his job and cares about his patients. He took the time, did not rush me. He answered all of my questions. and addressed all of my concerns . Not only was Dr Turk wonderful, but so was the entire office staff, from the front desk to the assistant, everyone was wonderful!
Would give a zero star if allowed. Was out of state and had a kidney stone drop and they wouldn’t even call me in any meds for pain or nothing. On my portal message they stated I have no KUB. If they would have read my ct scan it says I have multiple still in the kidney and one in my ureter the last time I was there. I was told since I was an established patient if I need meds just call them. Total lie. Told me to go to er and make sure they send the info to them. Nope. I will just find another urologist. I had a great experience at Aultman Urology. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. The doctors are highly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly. It’s reassuring to be in such capable hands. Highly recommend!
