I had a great experience at Aultman Urology. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. The doctors are highly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly. It’s reassuring to be in such capable hands. Highly recommend!
Many calls no return calls. Must see the referral sitting there as another man with urine issues and this office brushes them aside. Not a good way to start a relationship.
I was referred to Aultman Urology by my doctor's office. After coming on here and reading all the reviews it kind of made me a little nervous. I never got a call from them so I called and left a message telling them I needed to make a appointment. Within a couple hours I got a call back and the girl I talked to was so nice and helpful and got me in right away on New Years Eve. My husband sustained an injury while we were on vacation out of state (December 3, 2025) He was taken to the ER, evaluated, had a catheter put in and told to see his urologist when we got home. When we returned, he called Aultman Urology Group and could not get an appointment. They would see him until they received the ER report. This took a week, and the records did not say anything since the ER urologist didn't know what the issue was.
