I did not have a pleasant experience but that does not mean you will. I hope you receive the best. The ladies themselves were kind, supportive, helpful, and gave the best rub downs, but my main issue was with manager, Rob. His staff even agreed with my distaste for his approach to patients, and stated that this was not uncommon. It was just a personal thing for me that I was willing to work with and internalize. Three weeks into a knee replacement and they have helped since that day after surgery. Super clean facility. Very organized from check in to ice down. Staff are all professional and knowledgeable. Very friendly and ask all the right questions. Could not be better! Highly recommend! Long way to go but they really get what it takes to help accomplish recovery! The therapy department at this facility is excellent. My main therapist was Mckenna and she helped me so much. Was patient and got me back on my feet again. Thank you so much.
Been going through therapy here after my shoulder surgery and they are really nice here
