I had surgery @ Aultman Hospital just yesterday. My first experience there was wonderful. Nurses, staff, Dr. Lavery were all very caring, knowledgeable, n eased my nervousness.
If I could give them a zero, I would, 5 hours in the ER today, only to be told by "Doctor" Owoc, that my severe gallbladder pain for 5 months straight, every day, is not an emergency, really, two decades it's been bad, this woman has no clue what she's talking about, she's a Pediatrician doctor, D.O., I don't consider them doctors! When you read the reviews and think it can't be that bad. THINK AGAIN! I've been to many Ers in my life and I will die before going back here. 1st off I felt like I was in a jail and not a ER. Scanner at the door, pat down before walking in to the hosp. OK I get that. But the security guards walking the hallways is creepy. Hearing the staff scream at someone for walking down the hall is crazy but anyway. Went in with chest pain trouble breathing and back pain. Nurse Lily in the ER 0/10. Overall experience 0/10. Nurses were so rude to my grandparents… my grandpa has stage 4 cancer. He’s in immense pain. Nobody answers the call lights. My own grandma had to take him to the restroom and help clean him up because they said on the intercom “your nurse will be in soon” but over an hour later nobody came. When my grandma went out to the nurses station to ask if anyone was able to talk to them or help them, they very rudely made the remark “someone will come when they decide to” Seriously... read more
