Definitely some shady dealings here. I had my daughter here in 2024 and was taken care of very well, but when I was pregnant with her in August of 2023, I had gone to the ER and was told I was wasting everyone’s time because I came there fearing I was having a miscarriage.
I had a sleep study July 12th. Beautiful experience. Had CPAP sleep study/fitting on August 25th. It took them weeks to get the results to my doctor. They were "understaffed" is what they told my doctor. Finally September 15th, my doctor gets the results and sends them to Aultman Aultman Home Medical Supply. I called on September 29th and talked to Courtney. The order was still sitting. She was getting it sent to the respiratory therapist. I called again on October 7th. Nurses on the 4th floor are amazing especially Crystal
Nurses can't be bothered or even bother the Dr for a patient's question.
It would be a great place to open a hospital. 2 failed surgeries and 4 hours in the emergency room with not attention paid to a detached retina. Do better Aultman.
