The quality of care and service is exceptional. My problem is with the waiting room.. don't come here unless you are ready to be force-fed politics and outrage while you sitting there waiting. I've asked them three times to put something else on the TV other than politics something neutral that doesn't cause division or outrage.. but they won't change it. I truly feel as though I have been brushed off from the very beginning of my journey with this group. I’m having serious hand and wrist issues and I feel as though I am not being taken seriously. It takes a week or more to even get an appointment, which is frustrating because I have to go an entire week or more with pain and issues with my hand that I cannot use at this time.
