Dr. Neeci and Dr Brant Miller and Dr Graham all wonderful! They take their time and listen. 2 hip replacements, bursitis, hand and foot pain all taken care of with no problems! Dr Miller is always upbeat and my favorite!
I’ve had the worst experience since I’ve been there I have 1 nurses and 2 secretaries that were very respectful and understanding.The rest a mess the one at the front desk with the short haircut always rude always gotta attitude. Was seen after receiving a diagnosis of a fracture and was told I needed to follow up with someone in this building. I came more than prepared, pulled all of my notes, my diagnosis, and my aultman portal charts and they gave me to a 20 something year old PA named Skylar is just seemed like she wanted to brush me off and who basically told me that there was nothing wrong with me despite my X-rays from less than 48 hours prior showing and stating otherwise and 2 doctors plus a radiologist stating otherwise and I have documents... read more
Very positive experience here. All the staff is great. Skylar the PA is excellent, very thorough, and knowledgeable. Everyone made sure that I was taken care of. Highly recommended for all orthopedic needs.
