Unfeeling, no compassion, very disappointed.
I was seen by Dr. Peterson, he conducted my surgery. I have to say he made me feel comfortable and at ease as I was extremely worried about my ACL surgery. I went in for surgery he spoke to me before and after and was amazing. Thank you!! I feel he was direct and told me what I needed to do, no complaints here. I go back to see Skylar Monday and she as well has been really good to me. The quality of care and service is exceptional. My problem is with the waiting room.. don't come here unless you are ready to be force-fed politics and outrage while you sitting there waiting. I've asked them three times to put something else on the TV other than politics something neutral that doesn't cause division or outrage.. but they won't change it. So politics blasts throughout the waiting room and I had to sit there and listen to half my family being called evil, criminals and the worst names in the book, I had to li... read more
