I think going to Sports and Wellness Center has helped me more than anything else. They keep track of your progress .I have gotten stronger over time.
Leah has been great to help with any new questions I have and always demonstrates the exercises or demos the equipment, whichever best suits my situation!! Thank you Leah for going above and beyond to help! Everyone else is great there as well!
